Hi, welcome to Rachel Sims Sports Therapies.
I am Rachel, qualified in sports massage therapy and an accredited member of the SMA (Sports Massage Association).
I provide services in massage, both sports and remedial, KT taping and medicinal acupuncture.
I work out of a home clinic in Torton, Kidderminster, or Exclusive Gym in Broughton Hackett. Mobile appointments are possible, please contact to book these rather than using the booking system.
I have been a PE teacher for many years and have worked in the sports and fitness industry from the age of 16.
My focus is on allowing you to live as full a life as possible, free from pain and injury. I treat injuries from sporting activities, as well as specialising in treating general aches and pains, and helping to correct posture.
I concentrate on prevention of sporting injuries, and maintenance of body health. The use of specialist taping methods are designed to support healing, increase range of motion and allow for participation in various sporting events.
